Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Digital Marketing Specialist will plan, execute, and optimise digital campaigns that boost brand awareness, generate demand and acquire leads for the company’s software solutions. You will work closely with sales, product and technical teams to maximise campaign performance and strengthen the organisation’s digital presence.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise multi‑channel digital marketing campaigns.
• Drive qualified lead generation using AI‑powered tools, SEO, SEM, social media, email, content marketing and paid advertising.
• Create engaging marketing content and assets in partnership with product, sales and technical teams.
• Monitor performance, analyse KPIs and apply data‑driven improvements to maximise ROI.
• Maintain and enhance the company’s digital presence with consistent branding across all online platforms.
• Execute demand‑generation and lead‑nurturing programmes to support business growth.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align marketing initiatives with product launches and business objectives.
• Stay current with digital marketing trends, emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in IT, technology or AI.
• Proven track record managing end‑to‑end digital campaigns and lead‑generation initiatives.
• Experience supporting both B2B and B2C marketing strategies for technology products.
