Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to own and optimise our digital advertising ecosystem. You will work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure media spend delivers maximum value and drives acquisition results.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, X, Snapchat, LinkedIn, etc., driving CAC, CPA, ROAS and conversion KPIs.
• Analyse full‑funnel data, build dashboards and turn insights into actionable recommendations for creative, audience and budget decisions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for digital agencies, review their plans, hold them accountable for spend efficiency and contribute independent insights.
• Identify and test new channels, growth opportunities and AI‑driven automation tools to improve campaign monitoring and efficiency.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in digital/performance marketing, paid media or media buying.
• Strong commercial mindset with proven ability to manage CAC, CPA, ROAS and overall marketing efficiency.
• Proactive, data‑driven and comfortable challenging agency recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads and other major paid‑media platforms (TikTok, X, Snapchat, LinkedIn).
• Media buying, budget allocation, audience targeting, attribution and conversion‑funnel optimisation.
• Advanced data analysis and reporting, dashboard creation.
• Familiarity with AI/automation tools for campaign management.
