Digital Marketing Supervisor

About the role

The Digital Marketing & Digital Payments Supervisor will lead the company’s digital marketing strategy, boost brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and drive revenue growth. In parallel, the role oversees digital payment operations to ensure smooth, secure, and efficient payment experiences for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and supervise a digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid advertising campaigns across multiple online platforms.
• Manage social media channels, website content and overall digital presence to maximise engagement.
• Monitor performance through KPIs, produce analytical reports and adjust tactics accordingly.
• Lead SEO initiatives and manage SEM campaigns.
• Coordinate external agencies and vendors for campaign execution.
• Oversee digital payment solutions, liaise with payment gateways and service providers.
• Monitor gateway performance, resolve issues and improve transaction success rates.
• Analyse payment data, ensure compliance with security standards and fraud‑prevention policies.
• Collaborate with Sales, IT, Customer Service and Product teams to enhance the end‑to‑end customer journey.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, E‑Commerce or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Proven experience managing digital payment solutions or payment gateway operations.
• Hands‑on experience with paid advertising, performance optimisation and conversion rate improvement.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and online advertising tools.
• Proficiency in SEO and SEM techniques.
• Experience with marketing analytics and performance reporting.
• Solid understanding of digital payment ecosystems and payment gateway technologies.
• Familiarity with payment security standards, compliance requirements and fraud‑prevention best practices.
