Digital Media Investment Manager

About the role

The Digital Media Investment Manager will lead the planning, optimisation and execution of digital media campaigns for Saudi Telecom Company. Working closely with creative, media, digital and production agencies, the role will shape the company's always‑on digital media buying strategy and ensure seamless integration of AdTech solutions across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital media campaigns in line with corporate marketing communication plans.
• Lead the Digital Media Investment Section, setting performance standards and guiding continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with creative, media, digital and production agencies to produce effective campaign assets.
• Ensure readiness and integration of all AdTech platforms across STC.
• Plan, manage and optimise campaigns across social, display and SEM channels.
• Build and execute an always‑on digital media strategy.
• Produce reporting dashboards tracking ROI and investment performance.
• Define team KPIs, manage staffing plans and foster employee engagement and development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in mass communication or public relations.
• Certificate in planning and running successful PR campaigns.
• Relevant marketing certifications such as PCM (Professional Certification in Marketing).
