Digital Performance & Impact Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Performance & Impact Specialist to drive the measurement and evaluation of our digital transformation initiatives. You will be responsible for defining key performance indicators, building dashboards, and delivering insights that support data‑driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Define and monitor digital performance indicators.
• Develop dashboards and performance reports.
• Measure digital maturity and transformation outcomes.
• Analyze KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support data‑driven decision making across the organization.
• Prepare executive reports and presentations.
• Monitor project performance and benefits realization.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, Business Administration, Statistics, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in performance management, KPI management, PMO, business intelligence, data analysis, digital transformation, or related areas.
