Digital Product Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Product Manager to lead the digital product function at Nahdi Medical Co. In this role you will ensure accurate data collection, analysis and the translation of insights into business‑driving decisions across our digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementation and ongoing use of digital analytics platforms and measurement frameworks to support paid‑media optimisation and budget allocation.
• Design, execute and analyse A/B and multivariate tests to improve engagement and conversion on digital touchpoints.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Digital Technology and UX/UI teams to develop data‑driven strategies that enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
• Manage the external analytics agency responsible for technical documentation and ad‑hoc business intelligence requests, defining scope, budget and delivery timelines.
• Provide traffic forecasting, marketing spend efficiency insights and support automated guest communication journeys.
• Conduct funnel analysis, user journey mapping and track key customer‑journey metrics from discovery to checkout.
• Maintain an experimentation roadmap and drive conversion‑rate optimisation initiatives in partnership with product management.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years (≈60 months) of experience in digital product or analytics roles.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with marketing, technology and UX teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with a track record of turning data into actionable business recommendations.
