Digital Transformation Consultant

About the role

As a Digital Transformation Consultant at T&S Digital, you will help clients design and execute digital strategies that align IT capabilities with business objectives. You will work within the Digital Excellence unit to deliver innovative solutions that drive sustainable growth and competitive advantage.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of digital transformation strategies aligned with client goals.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, business stakeholders, and technology teams to define vision, goals, and roadmaps.
• Conduct assessments of current IT systems, processes, and capabilities to identify innovation opportunities.
• Design target operating models and recommend digital solutions that unlock new value.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to propose competitive advantages.
• Develop business cases, feasibility studies, and implementation roadmaps.
• Deliver transformation engagements on time and according to client expectations.
• Apply frameworks such as NORA and TOGAF to guide planning and governance.
• Create and maintain enterprise architecture artifacts in line with NORA standards.
• Perform enterprise architecture maturity assessments and define remediation plans.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital transformation, IT consulting, or a related discipline.
