Digital Transformation & Enterprise Architecture Pre‑Sales Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Digital Transformation & Enterprise Architecture Pre‑Sales Consultant to join our subsidiary Jadaya. In this strategic position you will work closely with sales, account management and delivery teams to translate customer requirements into innovative, winning solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead pre‑sales activities, including solution consulting, customer workshops and executive presentations.
• Design and size digital transformation and enterprise architecture solutions, estimate effort, resources and pricing.
• Develop proposals, RFP/RFI/RFQ responses and statements of work.
• Apply Business Process Reengineering, Target Operating Models, data governance and privacy impact assessments.
• Stay current on Cloud, AI, digital government initiatives and Saudi regulatory frameworks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in digital transformation, enterprise architecture or management consulting.
• Familiarity with Saudi regulations such as Qiyas, PDPL, DGA and NCA.
• Professional certifications (TOGAF, PMP, CBAP, COBIT, ITIL, PDPL/Data Privacy) are a plus.
