Director: Asset Management Governance

About the role

Join a landmark giga‑project shaping the future of Saudi Arabia as the Asset Management Governance Director. You will be the senior standard‑enforcer responsible for ensuring that the entire city infrastructure operates under unified, legally sound and financially sustainable asset management policies.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and enforce an ISO‑55001‑aligned asset management framework across all asset classes of the giga‑project.
• Define and standardise lifecycle processes including asset registration, condition assessment, risk evaluation, maintenance planning and disposal.
• Establish governance controls and compliance metrics to ensure decisions meet legal, financial and ESG requirements.
• Lead technical audits and stage‑gate reviews to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary stakeholders to align contractual governance and asset strategy.

Required profile

• Minimum 20 years of experience in asset management, infrastructure or large‑scale construction programmes.
• Proven track record of applying ISO 55001 standards and managing governance frameworks.
• Strong understanding of ESG objectives and financial sustainability in mega‑projects.
