About the role
Our client is a leading facility management services provider supporting commercial, mixed-use, and infrastructure assets across Saudi Arabia. The organisation is expanding its service portfolio and operational footprint.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee large‑scale facility management contracts, ensuring service quality, compliance, and profitability.
- Manage multi‑site operations, service level agreements, and client relationships across key accounts.
- Drive operational standardisation, workforce productivity, and cost control.
- Collaborate with business development to support contract renewals and new bids.
- Lead health, safety, and environmental (HSE) and compliance standards across operations.
Required profile
- Senior operations leadership experience within facility management or outsourced services.
- Strong exposure to large contracts and workforce‑intensive environments.
- Experience operating in Saudi Arabia (highly preferred).
- Demonstrated client management skills, operational discipline, and leadership maturity.
- Technical FM background is advantageous.
