Director, M&A Advisory

About the role

We are seeking a Director to lead our M&A Advisory team in Riyadh. The role will drive deal origination, execution and client relationships across Saudi Arabia and the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Generate sell‑side and buy‑side mandates, prepare pitch materials and maintain a pipeline of opportunities.
• Lead end‑to‑end execution of M&A transactions, including preparation of information memoranda, data‑room management and valuation work.
• Manage commercial negotiations, vendor and buyer processes, and coordinate with tax, legal and integration specialists.
• Serve as the senior point of contact for clients, providing strategic counsel and nurturing long‑term relationships.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of managers, senior associates and analysts, ensuring high‑quality deliverables.

Required profile

• 10–12 years of M&A advisory, corporate finance or investment banking experience at a Big 4, bulge‑bracket, elite boutique or mid‑market firm.
• Proven track record of leading and closing sell‑side or buy‑side transactions in KSA.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Sector expertise in at least one of Technology & Media, Industrials & Business Services, Consumer & Retail, Healthcare, or Energy & Infrastructure.
• Established network of private‑equity, corporate and intermediary contacts in KSA/UAE.
