Director of Architecture

About the role

The Director of Architecture will lead the creation and delivery of master‑planning and urban‑design projects, shaping mixed‑use, residential, hospitality and township environments. Reporting to senior leadership, the role combines strategic vision with hands‑on design oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Lead master‑planning and urban‑design initiatives from concept through to final delivery.
• Develop comprehensive mixed‑use, residential, hospitality and township master plans.
• Manage multidisciplinary design teams and coordinate closely with clients, consultants and stakeholders.
• Ensure design quality, sustainability standards and regulatory compliance throughout all project phases.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Urban Design.
• Minimum 16 years of experience in master planning and urban design.
• Proven track record on large‑scale mixed‑use, residential, hospitality and township projects.
• Experience delivering projects in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Ras Al Khaimah and working with leading UAE consultants or developers.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and design coordination abilities.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
