About the role

The Director of Food & Beverage leads the overall strategy and operations for Sofitel Jabal Omar Makkah, ensuring luxury culinary experiences and commercial performance across all outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual Food & Beverage strategy aligned with hotel objectives and brand standards.
• Lead all F&B operations, including restaurants, lounges, in‑room dining, banqueting, catering, stewarding and culinary services.
• Maintain each outlet as a profitable business while delivering consistent luxury service.
• Continuously improve operational efficiency, service delivery and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure readiness during peak periods such as Ramadan, Hajj, Umrah and other high‑demand seasons.
• Introduce innovative dining concepts, promotions and experiences to strengthen market position.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences, monitor satisfaction and implement improvement initiatives.
• Engage personally with VIP guests, owners, dignitaries and key stakeholders.
• Develop commercial initiatives to maximize revenue across all F&B outlets.
