Director Offline Media

About the role

Mobily is looking for a senior leader to shape and execute its offline media strategy across traditional channels such as TV, OOH, and radio. The Director Offline Media will drive media planning, buying, and performance measurement to support the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Mobily’s overall offline media strategy and roadmap.
• Set, monitor and report on media KPIs, and prepare the annual traditional media budget.
• Design and manage always‑on promotional campaigns across TV, OOH, radio and other traditional platforms.
• Identify trends, optimise spend, and provide corrective action plans based on performance data.
• Collaborate with sales teams to generate leads and increase market share.
• Negotiate media buying deals and manage relationships with agencies and suppliers.
• Monitor competition, evaluate emerging technologies and propose new media opportunities.
• Oversee the full campaign lifecycle from planning to execution, ensuring brand consistency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading traditional media functions within a large organisation.
• Strong managerial skills with the ability to set departmental goals and develop direct reports.
• Ability to translate market insights into actionable media plans.
• Excellent analytical mindset for measuring campaign performance against objectives.
