Director Project Management Office

About the role

The PMO Director will lead EjadTech’s Project Management Office at a strategic level, ensuring that project investments align with the company’s objectives while delivering high‑quality outcomes. This senior position drives governance, portfolio management, and operational excellence across technology and consulting services.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the PMO vision, strategy, and operating model aligned with organizational goals.
• Establish enterprise‑wide governance frameworks, methodologies, policies, and standards.
• Oversee portfolio planning, prioritization, resource allocation, and performance reporting.
• Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, schedule, and quality expectations.
• Monitor portfolio health, risks, dependencies, and resource utilization.
• Develop PMO tools, dashboards, and reporting metrics to support operational efficiency.
• Lead, mentor, and develop PMO managers, project managers, and delivery teams.
• Serve as executive sponsor for PMO governance and maintain strong relationships with clients and strategic partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• Proven experience leading a PMO or similar function at an enterprise level.
• Demonstrated ability to drive governance, portfolio management, and strategic alignment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with executive and client interaction.
