Discovery Centre Attendant – Luxury Resort

About the role

The Discovery Centre Attendant will welcome and engage guests at the Four Seasons Resort Red Sea’s marine Discovery Centre. Working in a luxury beachfront environment, you will create memorable, educational experiences that showcase the natural wonders and sustainability initiatives of the Red Sea region.

Key responsibilities

• Greet visitors and provide information about the Discovery Centre’s exhibits and programs.
• Assist in the preparation and delivery of interactive presentations, tours, and hands‑on activities for guests of all ages.
• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the centre, ensuring all displays and equipment are operational.
• Collaborate with resort teams to integrate marine‑focused experiences into broader guest itineraries.
• Collect guest feedback and contribute ideas for new educational initiatives.
