DLP Snagging Professional (Q - CO)

About the role

JASARA Program Management Company, a joint venture between the Public Investment Fund, Jacobs and Saudi Aramco, is seeking a DLP Snagging Professional to support defect identification, tracking and close‑out for assets in Qiddiya City. The role ensures that all defects, snags and Defects Liability Period (DLP) obligations are recorded, monitored and resolved in line with contractual and operational requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day DLP and snagging activities, logging and tracking defects through to resolution.
• Participate in inspections, joint walkthroughs, snagging reviews and defect verification visits with project teams, consultants and contractors.
• Maintain defect and snag registers with ownership, priority, target dates, status updates and supporting evidence.
• Monitor progress of defect rectification works and follow up with contractors to ensure timely closure.
• Assist in reviewing handover documentation such as O&M manuals, warranties, asset registers and testing records.
• Update CAFM/CMMS systems, snagging platforms, dashboards and reporting tools for accurate status reporting.
• Assess defects for potential impacts on safety, compliance, asset reliability and operational performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years (84 months) of experience in construction defect management, snagging or related fields.
• Proven ability to work closely with project teams, consultants, contractors and operational stakeholders.
• Familiarity with handover processes, asset readiness and warranty management.
