Document Control Specialist – Operational Excellence

About the role

We are looking for a Document Control Specialist to support our Operational Excellence initiatives in Riyadh. You will be responsible for developing, standardising, maintaining and controlling procedures, work instructions, checklists and other controlled documents across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, review and maintain SOPs, work instructions and other controlled documents.
• Standardise procedures and ensure alignment across departments.
• Manage document versions, approvals, reviews and distribution.
• Support process‑mapping and workflow documentation activities.
• Coordinate document reviews with operational teams and subject‑matter experts.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and audit requirements.
• Support training and competency documentation related to procedures and work instructions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Operations, Process Technology or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in document control, process documentation, quality systems or operational excellence.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and document control practices.
• Experience with process mapping and procedure development is preferred.
