E-commerce Manager – Luxury Fragrance Retail

About the role

O-100, a niche luxury fragrance retailer, is looking for a visionary E‑commerce Manager to lead its digital transformation. You will own the online strategy, scale the e‑commerce platform, and drive growth across all digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive e‑commerce strategy aligned with O‑100’s growth objectives.
• Oversee daily operations, optimization, and performance of the e‑commerce website.
• Plan, launch, and optimise digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, Google Ads and performance marketing.
• Lead the design, development and rollout of a dedicated mobile application to enhance customer experience.
• Identify and implement improvements to conversion rates, customer journey and overall online sales.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, IT and retail operations to ensure seamless omnichannel integration.
• Analyse consumer behaviour, market trends and data to inform strategic decisions.
• Manage e‑commerce budgets, forecasting and resource allocation.
• Ensure the website and app reflect the brand’s luxury positioning through premium content and design.
• Oversee logistics, inventory management and last‑mile delivery solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing and growing an e‑commerce platform, preferably in luxury retail or fragrances.
• Proven track record in digital marketing, SEO, Google Ads, analytics and customer‑journey optimisation.
• Experience delivering successful mobile applications.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong strategic and operational capabilities.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate.
