E‑Commerce Executive – Saudi Market

About the role

Dr. Scent is seeking an experienced E‑Commerce Executive to lead and expand its online business in Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for driving sales, optimizing the customer journey, and ensuring seamless coordination with the head office in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the Saudi e‑commerce channel, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory.
• Collaborate with the UAE head office to launch campaigns, new products, and promotional activities.
• Track sales performance, conversion rates, traffic, and customer behavior; propose actions to improve results.
• Work closely with marketing, logistics, customer service, and warehouse teams to deliver a flawless online experience.
• Coordinate online campaigns with the Digital Marketing team to boost traffic and sales.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and consumer behavior in Saudi Arabia.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Ensure website performance and resolve operational issues to maintain an excellent shopping experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E‑commerce or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in e‑commerce, online retail or digital commerce.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi e‑commerce market and consumer behavior.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Experience in beauty, fragrance, cosmetics, retail or FMCG is preferred.
