E‑Commerce Executive – Saudi Market

About the role

Dr. Scent is seeking an experienced E‑Commerce Executive to lead and expand its online business in Saudi Arabia. You will be the primary owner of the e‑commerce platform, ensuring a seamless shopping experience while driving sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the Saudi e‑commerce site, including product listings, pricing, promotions and inventory.
• Coordinate with the UAE Head Office to launch campaigns, new products and promotional activities.
• Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, traffic and customer behaviour, and propose optimisation actions.
• Work closely with marketing, logistics, customer service and warehouse teams to guarantee a smooth end‑to‑end customer journey.
• Plan and execute online campaigns together with the Digital Marketing team to increase traffic and revenue.
• Track competitor activity, market trends and consumer preferences in Saudi Arabia.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Ensure website stability and resolve any operational issues that affect the shopping experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E‑commerce or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in e‑commerce, online retail or digital commerce.
• Proven experience managing platforms such as Shopify, Magento or similar.
• Strong understanding of online merchandising, conversion optimisation and customer‑journey management.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Experience in beauty, fragrance, cosmetics, retail or FMCG sectors is a plus.
• Good knowledge of the Saudi e‑commerce market and consumer behaviour.
