E‑Commerce Manager

About the role

The E‑Commerce Manager will be responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the hotel’s website, ensuring that content is up‑to‑date in all languages, and driving online visibility through SEO and digital marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure website content is always current in all languages, following CMS corporate guidelines and corporate standards.
• Coordinate with the corporate office for website enhancements and manage rate and room‑type descriptions, images and translations.
• Develop and maintain a keyword matrix and apply optimal keyword usage throughout website copy.
• Create and implement promotional content for special offers and packages in collaboration with Marketing and Revenue managers.
• Monitor and improve the hotel’s search‑engine rankings, update meta descriptions, tags and other SEO elements.
• Track competitor websites and adjust strategy to keep the hotel’s online presence competitive.
• Build and manage an email‑newsletter database, prepare and send regular corporate email newsletters in line with brand guidelines.
• Update and engage with corporate social‑media channels, ensuring consistent brand representation and active response to audience interactions.
• Design and execute e‑marketing campaigns targeting key feeder markets and identify joint e‑commerce initiatives with local, regional or national partners.
