E‑Commerce & Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a motivated E‑Commerce & Marketing Specialist to manage our digital storefront and drive online marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for daily website updates, email campaigns, social media advertising, and performance reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Upload new products, write engaging descriptions, update tags, and manage pricing variations.
• Audit site accuracy daily, ensuring links, images, pricing, and discount codes function correctly.
• Monitor inventory levels and alert managers when top‑selling items run low.
• Create and deploy email campaigns, newsletters, product launches, and automated workflows.
• Set up and manage digital ads on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager using provided creative assets.
• Produce organic social media content, schedule posts, and increase brand engagement.
• Pull weekly metrics on web traffic, email open rates, click‑through rates, and conversion numbers.
• Track promotional codes and affiliate links to evaluate marketing effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–3 years of experience in e‑commerce operations, digital marketing, or social media coordination.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Shopify or WooCommerce.
• Proficiency with email platforms such as Mailchimp or Klaviyo.
• Basic graphic design using Canva or Photoshop.
• Strong copywriting and basic SEO awareness.
• Ability to analyze data with Google Analytics and Excel.
