Electrical Site Manager (HVDC – 380 kV Substations)

About the role

The Electrical Site Manager will lead all electrical activities on HVDC 380 kV substation projects, ensuring work is performed according to approved drawings, specifications, and schedules. The role requires close coordination with civil teams, vendors, and the project reporting function to deliver safe, on‑time, and compliant installations.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure electrical site work follows approved drawings and aligns with civil drawings and project timelines.
• Control and monitor manpower, equipment, and all resources on site.
• Manage and track all RFIs (Requests for Information) and MIRs (Material Inspection Requests).
• Plan and procure required electrical materials for the site.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports for the site manager and support project reporting for the customer.
• Coordinate with vendors, supervise vendor activities, and clear electrical punch‑list items.
• Conduct testing activities to verify compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements.
• Assist the site manager with safety, housekeeping, and quality matters.
