Elevator Engineer (Saudi National)

About the role

We are looking for a Saudi‑national Elevator Engineer to coordinate technical aspects of elevator projects between sales, project management and customers, ensuring all contractual requirements are met.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager with sample, GAD, material and document submissions and obtain consultant approvals.
• Communicate design approvals, technical submissions and delivery issues with source factories.
• Manage web‑based document systems, upload/download drawings, track submittals and monitor delays.
• Support the Senior Project Manager in delivering project milestones on time and within budget.
• Monitor physical and financial performance of assigned projects and liaise with finance to raise invoices.
• Ensure timely handover of each lift, claim missing or damaged parts, and comply with TKE HSE policies.
• Prepare close‑out documents such as as‑built drawings, warranty certificates and O&M manuals.
• Identify change‑order opportunities and report OH&S and environmental concerns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the elevator industry with strong technical knowledge.
• Project management knowledge; PMP certification is a plus.
• Ability to read contracts, technical specifications, GADs, make‑sheets and electrical drawings.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using Microsoft Project, Primavera, SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
