Email Marketing Designer – CRO Designer

About the role

We are seeking a creative Email Marketing Designer who wants to expand into conversion‑rate‑optimization (CRO) design. Based in Saudi Arabia, you will craft high‑performing email campaigns, landing pages, and A/B test variations that directly drive revenue for eCommerce brands.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑converting landing pages focused on user experience, engagement, and revenue growth.
• Create A/B test design variations informed by CRO strategies and performance data.
• Develop marketing email designs that support acquisition, retention, and sales goals.
• Translate CRO strategies into clear, visually compelling design solutions.
• Collaborate with CRO strategists, project managers, developers, copywriters, and media buyers.
• Work within eCommerce and Shopify platform constraints while maintaining design quality.
• Analyze results, test new approaches, and continuously improve design outcomes.

Required profile

• Talented designer with a strong interest in conversion‑rate‑optimization.
• Experience creating marketing assets for eCommerce brands, preferably on Shopify.
• Portfolio showcasing email designs, landing pages, or performance‑driven digital experiences.
• Agency experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Figma and modern digital design workflows.
• Familiarity with Shopify environment and constraints.
