Emergency Medicine Registrar

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is for a Registrar in Emergency Medicine based in Riyadh. The successful candidate will join a multidisciplinary emergency department team, delivering rapid and accurate medical care to patients presenting with urgent health issues.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose and treat patients in the emergency department.
• Perform critical emergency procedures and operate emergency medical equipment.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date patient records.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses and allied health professionals.
• Participate in quality‑improvement initiatives and departmental audits.
• Provide training, mentorship and supervision to junior medical staff and students.

Required profile

• Medical degree with residency training in Emergency Medicine or a related specialty.
• Board certification or eligibility in Emergency Medicine.
• Valid medical licence to practice in Saudi Arabia, or ability to obtain one.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written); Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
• Strong clinical decision‑making skills in high‑pressure environments.

Required skills
