About the role

The Emergency Nurse 3 provides advanced-level nursing care within the emergency department of Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare. This position supports high‑quality patient care, mentors junior staff, and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to ensure efficient and safe clinical operations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality nursing care for complex emergency cases, following clinical protocols.
• Assist in workflow management, resource utilization, and mentorship of junior nurses.
• Participate in the development and evaluation of nursing protocols and patient safety initiatives.
• Maintain documentation of patient care from admission through discharge, respecting privacy and cultural preferences.
• Precept new hires and trainees, providing feedback on progress and training needs.
• Respond promptly to emergency and lifesaving situations using critical thinking and evidence‑based practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 48 months (4 years) of emergency nursing experience.
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex clinical situations and mentor intermediate‑level nurses.
• Commitment to patient safety, high staff engagement, and continuous quality improvement.
