Emerging Talent Lead – Field Engineer (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

Join Baker Hughes' Emerging Talent Program as a Lead Field Engineer in Saudi Arabia. Over a 36‑month structured pathway you will work directly on‑site with customers, supporting the installation, maintenance and start‑up of energy production equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate crew members, customers and shore‑based Operations Managers to deploy tools and services.
• Provide hands‑on solutions to complex technical problems at rig sites.
• Prepare, document and manage inbound and outbound equipment and products for well sites.
• Support tender processes through data analysis, cost estimating and invoicing activities.
• Participate in job‑shadowing to gain a holistic view of the business.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Mathematics, Chemistry, Geosciences or a related field obtained within the last 36 months.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75/4.0 (or equivalent).
• Fluent written and spoken English with strong communication skills.
• Legal right to work in Saudi Arabia without sponsorship.
• Strong interpersonal, teamwork and leadership abilities.
• Critical‑thinking, numerical, data‑analysis and project‑management skills.
