About the role
Oliver Wyman is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead project teams in the banking and financial services sector in Riyadh. You will drive the problem‑solving process from hypothesis generation to solution convergence, ensuring recommendations are practical and impactful.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage project teams day‑to‑day, overseeing all phases of consulting engagements.
- Develop and deliver strategic recommendations that are sensible, relevant, and cohesive.
- Maintain strong communication with senior client executives and build lasting relationships.
- Ensure high‑quality execution of both technical and operational aspects of projects.
Required profile
- Minimum 5‑7 years of relevant experience, preferably with a top‑tier strategy consulting firm.
- Experience within banking (retail, corporate, payments/digital/fintech).
- Strong analytical and strategic problem‑solving abilities.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program.
- Willingness to travel and fluency in English and Arabic.
