Engineer – Saudi National (Entry Level)

About the role

This position is dedicated to Saudi nationals as part of the localisation initiative. The Engineer will support technical, site and administrative tasks on road and infrastructure projects while gaining professional development and engineering exposure.

Key responsibilities

• Support engineering teams in reviewing drawings, technical documents and coordinating on‑site activities.
• Assist in monitoring construction progress, preparing reports and verifying compliance with specifications.
• Participate in inspections, measurements and quality/safety reviews.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants and authorities on project matters.
• Support planning, scheduling, quantity take‑offs and HSE activities as required.
• Maintain project documentation and contribute to engineering deliverables.
• Develop engineering skills through mentorship and training programmes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical engineering or a related field.
• Fresh graduate up to 3 years of experience.
• Strong communication, teamwork and willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with engineering software such as AutoCAD, MS Office and Primavera is a plus.
• Commitment to professional development within infrastructure projects.
