Engineering Manager – Drafting & Documentation

About the role

This position supports engineering and production activities at Arabian Metal Industries Ltd by preparing accurate technical drawings, documentation, Bills of Materials and material requirements for truck‑body manufacturing and project execution. The role works closely with design engineers and production teams to ensure all documentation meets engineering standards. Saudi nationals only.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed technical drawings for truck bodies and related applications.
• Support design engineers with drafting, drawing revisions and technical documentation.
• Interpret engineering requirements, specifications and production needs.
• Conduct technical inspections of chassis and vehicles when required.
• Prepare load distribution drawings and related calculations.
• Generate Bills of Materials (BOM) for production.
• Assist in planning and identifying material requirements for assigned projects.
• Maintain and update engineering drawings and project documentation.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, stores and other departments regarding drawing and material requirements.
• Prepare technical and operational manuals when required.

Required profile

• Saudi national.
• Minimum of one month relevant drafting or technical documentation experience.
• Ability to read and understand engineering specifications and production needs.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with multiple internal departments.
