Engineering Supervisor – Pre‑Opening at Luxury Resort

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Engineering Supervisor to join the pre‑opening team at Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay. Reporting to the Director of Engineering, you will guide the engineering crew through final construction, testing, commissioning and the transition to daily operations, ensuring all systems meet Four Seasons standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Engineering in reviewing technical specifications and MEP installations.
• Oversee testing, commissioning and hand‑over of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Coordinate with contractors and internal teams to resolve technical issues during the pre‑opening phase.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and efficiency standards.
• Support the setup of operational procedures and maintenance plans for the resort’s facilities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in engineering supervision within hospitality or large‑scale construction projects.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and their integration.
• Ability to lead a multidisciplinary team and work under tight pre‑opening timelines.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
