About the role
The training centre in Riyadh is looking for an experienced English trainer to join its team. The trainer's main goal is to create a supportive learning environment that helps students reach their goals, teaching the rules of reading, writing and speaking through interesting and varied methods. Progress is tracked through assignment and exam grades, with useful feedback given.
Key responsibilities
- Organize classroom lectures and coursework
- Prepare materials and activities
- Assign homework and interesting exercises
- Identify students with special requirements and create individualized plans
- Determine exam and assignment grades
- Keep a record of students' attendance and grades
- Research new language teaching methods
- Collaborate with teaching staff and administrators to foster a good student experience
Required profile
- Previous experience as an English trainer
- BSc/BA in English Language
- Knowledge of various teaching methods
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- A patient and resilient personality
- Dedication to students and education
