Enterprise Architecture Senior Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architecture Senior Manager to lead EA governance and ensure strategic alignment across the organization. You will embed architecture standards, principles, and reference models into technology decisions, solution delivery, and investment planning while influencing senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead EA governance processes and architecture review boards.
• Ensure all solutions align with EA principles, standards, and reference architectures.
• Oversee architecture compliance across initiatives and major programs.
• Govern and approve architecture exceptions with risk and impact assessments.
• Align IT initiatives and application landscape with business strategy.
• Drive portfolio rationalization, optimization, and technology standardization.
• Identify cost‑optimization and efficiency opportunities across platforms.
• Define, enhance, and maintain EA frameworks, standards, and reference models.
• Partner with senior leadership, business stakeholders, and technology teams as a trusted advisor.
• Support major programs with architectural direction and bridge strategy with execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 9–12+ years of experience in Enterprise / Solution Architecture.
• Proven leadership experience in architecture roles.
• Strong expertise in EA governance, multi‑domain architecture, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Required skills

• TOGAF (or similar framework).
• Cloud platforms – AWS, Azure, GCP.
• COBIT (preferred).
• Enterprise Architecture governance and frameworks.
• Multi‑domain architecture (applications, infrastructure, integration).
