Enterprise Architecture Senior Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architecture Senior Manager to lead the governance and operationalisation of our enterprise architecture framework. The role will ensure that architecture principles, standards and reference models are embedded into solution delivery and investment decisions across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in EA processes and architecture reviews, assessing proposals against EA principles, standards and reference architectures.
• Govern changes to systems and new projects, ensuring compliance with EA standards and managing exceptions.
• Map applications and initiatives to business capabilities, identify redundancies, reuse opportunities and rationalisation candidates.
• Provide analysis and evidence to support cost‑efficiency initiatives driven by EA.
• Facilitate the practical use of EA principles, design and recommend processes to improve EA activities.
• Create, maintain and manage EA standards, reference models, artifacts and repository views in collaboration with domain architects.
• Communicate and collaborate with delivery teams, acting as the interface between EA governance and project execution.

Required profile

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 9+ years of experience in architecture roles within large‑scale, multi‑domain enterprise environments.
• Proven experience with agile delivery models and systems integration.
• Strong stakeholder communication and technical leadership abilities.

Required skills

• Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
• Enterprise architecture standards and reference models.
• Cloud services and application platforms.
• Agile delivery methodologies.
• Relevant certifications: TOGAF, Solution Architect, COBIT (preferred), PMP (optional).
