Enterprise Network Implementation Specialist Professional

About the role

The Enterprise Network Implementation Specialist will join Mobily’s Riyadh team to drive the planning, deployment and rollout of network infrastructure projects. You will work closely with design, project control and external contractors to ensure new services and enhancements are integrated smoothly and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Review high‑level and detailed network designs and evaluate technical requirements for new services and enhancements.
• Conduct feasibility studies and coordinate rollout plans with cross‑functional teams.
• Define implementation approaches, create project schedules and manage deployment activities.
• Lead the planning and execution of network infrastructure projects, expanding Mobily’s service footprint.
• Prepare project documentation and provide technical leadership to a small team of engineers and technicians.
• Coordinate with Network Implementation Project Control and Network Design to meet design parameters, contractual terms and project scope.
• Resolve technical issues with contractors, manage As‑Built BOQs and delivery notes.
• Oversee testing, commissioning and acceptance of installed equipment, ensuring compliance with specifications.
• Monitor material costs and support departmental budget control.
• Participate in pre‑qualification of bidders based on technical and commercial criteria.
• Produce regular progress reports and maintain an implementation database.
• Ensure project phases are completed within budgeted time and cost constraints.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications or a related field from an accredited university.
• Proven experience in network infrastructure rollout and project coordination.
• Ability to lead small technical teams and communicate effectively with contractors and authorities.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
