Enterprise Resources Planning Manager

About the role

Almoosa Health Group is seeking an Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) Manager to lead the group‑wide Oracle Fusion Cloud strategy across finance, supply chain and human capital functions. The role will drive ERP governance, integration and data quality while supporting the organization’s expansion plans.

Key responsibilities

• Own the group‑wide ERP strategy, roadmap, governance and operating model, ensuring alignment with hospital operations and expansion plans.
• Manage implementation partners, Oracle and other service providers, controlling scope, timelines, budgets, risks and change requests.
• Oversee Oracle Financials processes (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management) and integrations with the Hospital Information System, supporting revenue reconciliation and ZATCA compliance.
• Govern procurement, inventory, sourcing and supply‑chain execution, improving item‑master governance and promoting standard Oracle functionality.
• Lead core HR, payroll, performance and workforce planning modules, ensuring payroll accuracy and employee‑data integrity.
• Define and monitor integrations among Oracle Fusion, HIS, attendance systems, banks and government platforms, establishing master‑data standards and security controls.

Required profile

• At least 1 month of relevant ERP experience as indicated in the posting.
