Enterprise Sales Executive – SaaS & AI Solutions

About the role

You will lead and close high‑stakes enterprise deals across the region, expanding existing relationships and creating durable revenue streams with large organizations. The role focuses on building trusted relationships with C‑level executives and driving measurable growth for the company.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and close complex SaaS and AI‑driven enterprise deals.
• Develop and nurture relationships with CxOs, IT leaders, and Customer Service executives.
• Expand the company’s footprint by opening new doors and acquiring fresh enterprise customers.
• Achieve and exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate, actionable customer data in Salesforce, including use cases, purchase timelines, next steps, and forecasts.
• Sell on value using a solution‑based approach that demonstrates real business impact.

Required profile

• 7+ years of proven success meeting sales quotas in SaaS or AI‑driven solutions.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Independent, self‑motivated with strong pipeline management and prioritisation skills.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) and proficiency in the local language.
• Passion for artificial intelligence and a “get‑it‑done” attitude.
• Hunter mentality with a track record of generating new leads and closing deals.
• Experience working with system integrators and hyperscalers.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
