Enterprise Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking a senior, commercially driven Enterprise Sales Manager with deep FinTech, payments and B2B SaaS experience to lead high‑value sales across Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on large enterprise customers such as banks, e‑commerce platforms and digital marketplaces.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure in the Saudi market.
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting large enterprise accounts.
• Build relationships with senior decision‑makers in banks, financial institutions, e‑commerce companies and digital platforms.
• Generate new business through strategic account planning, outbound prospecting and partnerships.
• Lead complex sales processes involving commercial, technical, product, finance, risk and procurement teams.
• Develop business cases and value propositions demonstrating measurable commercial impact.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting and CRM activity.

Required profile

• 8+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience, preferably in FinTech, payments or SaaS.
• Proven track record of selling complex technology solutions to enterprise clients.
• Strong experience managing long, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; Saudi national preferred.
• Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia and the GCC.
