Enterprise Solutions Engineer

About the role

Procore is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to join its Pre‑Sales Solutions Engineering team in Riyadh. You will act as a technical subject‑matter expert throughout the acquisition sales cycle across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, helping construction leaders adopt the Procore platform.

Key responsibilities

• Provide pre‑sales technical support from initial contact through product demonstration and deal closure.
• Design and deliver value‑based product demos and technical presentations tailored to local customer challenges.
• Collaborate with regional Account Executives to resolve technical, integration, and process hurdles.
• Act as a trusted advisor, promoting best practices in digital project management for Saudi construction firms.
• Coordinate internal and external technical resources for complex sales cycles and RFP responses.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Computer Science, IT, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5+ years in Sales Engineering/Pre‑Sales for B2B SaaS or senior operational roles in construction (e.g., BIM Manager, Digital Transformation Director).
• Fluency in Arabic and English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to master complex software platforms and construction workflows.
