Entry-Level Accountant – Finance Team

About the role

The entry‑level Accountant will support the finance department by maintaining accurate records, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented graduate eager to develop practical accounting skills in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements.
• Record financial transactions promptly and accurately in the accounting system.
• Manage and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform variance analysis by comparing actual expenses to budgeted figures.
• Support the annual audit by providing documentation and clarifications.
• Help prepare and submit tax filings, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Maintain organized financial filing systems for quick document retrieval.
• Collaborate with team members to communicate financial information effectively.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Strong foundational knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
• Excellent numerical accuracy and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while delivering high‑quality work.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
