About the role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Event Specialist to join AccorHotel in Dhahran. Key responsibilities
- Assist in planning and coordinating events from inception to completion.
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and venue staff to ensure all event requirements are met.
- Support senior event managers in scheduling and logistics management.
- Prepare event materials, including agendas, presentations, and promotional items.
- Manage registration and attendee communications before and during events.
