About the role

PD Design & Retail Consultancy is urgently hiring Saudi nationals for a range of entry‑level positions supporting major mall and retail design delivery projects across the Kingdom. The roles are ideal for fresh graduates and junior professionals looking to start or grow a career in retail design, MEP coordination, project administration, or tenant delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the delivery of retail design and fit‑out projects for large mall developments.
• Support MEP coordination, drafting, and documentation activities.
• Prepare reports, trackers, submissions and maintain project documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external tenants to ensure timely site delivery.
• Provide administrative and document‑control support as required.

Required profile

• Background in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, MEP, Drafting, Business Administration or related fields.
• Strong willingness to learn retail design delivery processes.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, CAD and project documentation.
• Interest in mall projects, retail fit‑out, tenant coordination and site delivery.
• Fresh graduates and junior candidates are welcome.
