About the role
Caromoto, a leading retail company in Riyadh, is looking for an Entry‑Level Sales Specialist to join its on‑site team. You will engage directly with customers, understand their needs and provide tailored product solutions that drive sales growth and enhance market presence.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions and product features.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Support inventory management and store presentation.
Required profile
- Recent graduate or up to 2 years of sales experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work on‑site and engage with customers effectively.
- Basic understanding of retail sales processes.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
