Equipment Supervisor

About the role

KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) is looking for an Equipment Supervisor in Al-Jubail. The role covers coordinating heavy lifts and equipment on site, supervising lifting and heavy equipment teams, and ensuring lifting equipment is kept in safe working order.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare job instructions for the equipment and lifting team
• Coordinate all heavy lifts and equipment on site
• Ensure lifting equipment is in safe working condition
• Supervise a lifting team and a heavy equipment team
• Show proactivity in safety matters
• Make sure personnel have the skills, training and resources needed to carry out routine maintenance safely and effectively, in line with contract terms

Required profile

• At least 10 years of experience in oil and gas maintenance with a high school education, or 8 years with a diploma
• Well organized and proactive, with excellent communication skills
• Proven leadership skills in large organizations
• Maturity of judgment under pressure and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and to travel internationally and live in Saudi Arabia
