ERP & System Administrator

About the role

Baazeem Trading Company is looking for an experienced ERP & System Administrator to oversee its IT infrastructure and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment. The role ensures system availability, security, performance, and business continuity while providing technical support across all company locations.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC365) ERP.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers, databases, virtualization platforms, and network infrastructure.
• Manage Microsoft 365 services, Active Directory, cloud services, and user accounts.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and ERP-related issues.
• Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and infrastructure improvements.
• Perform and monitor backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Maintain database performance, storage capacity, and system security.
• Lead IT support and helpdesk activities, ensuring timely resolution of user issues.
• Implement cybersecurity best practices, endpoint protection, and access control.
• Prepare technical documentation, system configurations, and IT procedures.
• Coordinate with external vendors for hardware, software, licenses, and technical support.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in system administration and ERP administration.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Microsoft Dynamics ERP.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, networking, and virtualization.
• Experience with SQL databases, backup solutions, storage management, and disaster recovery.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and IT infrastructure best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to support users across multiple locations.
