Estimator - Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment

About the role

The Estimator will support consultants by providing alternative material and product options for planned furniture, fixtures and equipment projects. You will work closely with clients, sales and design teams to ensure accurate quotations and supplier relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present alternative material options for lighting, furniture, flooring, sanitary fixtures and related products.
• Attend client meetings with consultants to capture specific requirements.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop accurate quotations.
• Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers.
• Verify that material quantities, specifications and costs are correctly reflected in all quotations.
• Work with design and estimation team members to share knowledge and improve processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, business administration or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar estimation role.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience with ERP software, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and other relevant design tools.
