ETL QA Tester – Telecom Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced QA Tester to join our Telecom projects team. The role focuses on functional, API, and ETL testing to ensure high‑quality deliverables across large‑scale telecom applications.

Key responsibilities

• Perform Functional, Integration, End‑to‑End (E2E), UAT and BAT testing for telecom applications.
• Conduct API testing with Postman and validate service integrations.
• Execute manual and tool‑based ETL testing using Informatica, validating data extraction, transformation and loading.
• Create and run complex SQL queries for backend database testing and data reconciliation.
• Validate field‑level mappings and data movement in Oracle databases and staging environments.
• Identify, log, track and retest defects using defect management tools.
• Collaborate with business users and stakeholders during UAT/BAT phases.
• Explore AI‑driven approaches to improve ETL testing efficiency and quality.

Required profile

• Mandatory experience in Telecom domain projects.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
