About the role
The Executive Account Manager (AI, Cloud & Cyber) is responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of high‑value enterprise accounts across artificial intelligence, cloud, and cybersecurity solutions. Acting as the primary relationship owner, the role blends deep technical understanding with strong commercial acumen to drive revenue growth and ensure clients achieve maximum value.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for strategic enterprise accounts, building trusted relationships with C‑level and senior decision‑makers.
- Develop and execute customized account plans aligned with each client’s business objectives and technology roadmap.
- Conduct regular business reviews to assess satisfaction, identify challenges, and uncover growth opportunities.
- Identify and pursue upsell, cross‑sell, and expansion opportunities across AI, cloud, and cybersecurity solutions.
- Lead commercial negotiations, proposal development, and contract renewals in coordination with legal and finance teams.
- Collaborate with pre‑sales, technical, and delivery teams to craft tailored solution proposals.
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.
- Coordinate with technology partners and vendors to co‑develop joint offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of account activity, pipeline, and opportunities in the CRM system and provide regular forecasts and reports to senior leadership.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing strategic enterprise accounts in technology‑focused environments.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with senior stakeholders.
